The following duties shall include but not limited to:
- Have the ability and desire to sell the department's services.
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with diverse client base.
- Strong written, verbal, telephone skills.
- Ability to keep current on manufacturers bulletins, recalls, documents and forward to service department employees.
- Ability to meet deadlines and complete daily paperwork in a timely and efficient manner.
- Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department.
- Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all coworkers.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 year’s service experience and detailed knowledge of Acura, Honda or Subaru.
This position requires an ability to schedule service appointments, sell parts and accessories, and follow up with customers daily.
Great pay and benefits, 401k plan. Saturdays may be required. Will need copy of current driving record (bring with you on interview).
